NotesClay produced the interactive Periodic Table of Swearing for Modern Toss. It was built in our Hoxton Street studio during our summer holidays. It's constructed from over 100 buttons, CNC'ed and laser cut MDF, direct to media printing, over 100 meters of cabling, over 300 soldered joints and a whole lot of swearing!Unfurl
NotesThis monstrosity is called a Banana Candle, which consists of a banana stuck in a pineapple slice, with mayonnaise and a maraschino cherry on top. And it is a crime against nature. If someone brought this into my home, I would slap them, and then burn my house down and salt the ground where it stood. This photo is the reason flocks of birds inexplicably die and fall to the ground. Goats and gangrene, who approved this picture??? Imagine my horror – I actually touched this book.FeedEmbedUnfurl

NotesThe Ketchup Fountain is a fountain of recirculating ketchup that Savannah College of Art & Design alumnus and illustrator Britt Spencer created out of a repurposed chocolate fountain. The fountain was used in his thesis exhibition titled Dagnabit!!! on September 9, 2011. All food was provided by McDonald’s for the show.Unfurl
NotesIf you watch the video, you can hear Campbell repeatedly ask the police if "this is okay?". I think it's safe to assume that Campbell was verifying with the police if it was okay to film them and if he was at a proper distance from the police line. He asks this question multiple times before continuing to film. Hearing nothing back, Campbell films the rest of the police line at a respectable distance until... he gets shot by an asshole police officer. What the hell? You can see the rubber bullet (bean bag? another projectile?) being fired and hitting Campbell in the video.Unfurl
NotesA montage that I edited early-mid 2011 under my Bottoms Up Productions label for acclaimed movie blog FilmDrunk.com. Was a viral hit, featured on several websites that include The Huffington Post, NY Mag, The Daily What, and critic Roger Ebert's blog. NotesThis how to properly engage with police when they do suspicious things. We were riding by on bikes and noticed hes hiding his name and has no badge number. SO we decided to ask him. He did not answer, we asked a ranking officer is that policy? The LT. quickly went about fixing his attitude. This is a common practice among cops at occupy's around the US .That way he/she cannot be named or referenced if he participates in police miss-conduct . Its in most police departments policies that all officers in uniform must show some form of identification. OPD does not wear badges with #'s, how do we hold anyone accountable?EmbedUnfurl
